Welcome to Nabi Health, Inc. (“Nabi Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We’re excited to have you try our services, including the ChatDiet platform (“Service”). To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask that you review and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We want to make sure our Service is the right fit for you before you begin.
2. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
3. Nature of Service
ChatDiet provides general nutrition and wellness information. It does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You will not use the Service to seek medical treatment or emergency care.
You acknowledge that our Registered Dietitians (RDs) provide general nutrition guidance, not personalized medical nutrition therapy (MNT).
5. Payment & Subscription
The Service operates on a subscription basis ($20/month or as otherwise stated).
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
6. Limitations of Liability
Nabi Health is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
The information provided through ChatDiet is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided through our Service.
Nabi Health, its affiliates, employees, and contractors disclaim any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using the Service.
If you have a medical emergency, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional or call emergency services immediately.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
